Frequently Asked Questions

• How long will my order take?
  Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to carrier delays.
• How are prints packaged?
  Smaller prints (5x7 and 8x10) are carefully packaged in hard flat envelopes with backing to help protect them during shipping. Larger prints (11x17) are shipped in protective tubes to prevent bending or damage in transit.
• Do you accept returns or refunds?
  All purchases are final and cannot be refunded due to the nature of the product. If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage and I will be happy to replace it!
• What happens if my order arrives damaged?
  If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out with a photo of the damage and I will gladly replace it with the same item. I want to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
• Do prints come framed or matted?
  No, prints do not come framed or matted. However, you can order prints with a white border (.25 on each edge) if you prefer a clean edge that's easier to frame. *11x14 prints currently only come with the white border option
• What sizes are available?
  Most prints can be purchased on 5x7 or 8x10 photo paper. Select prints can be purchased on 11x14 with the white border option (these prints come from larger original canvases, so it depends on the painting!)
• Can I request custom sizes or commissions?
  At this time, custom sizes and commissions are not available.
• Do colors look exactly like they do on screen?
  Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen brightness and display settings, as well as printing processes.
• Do you ship internationally?
  No, at this time shipping is only available within the United States.

• Will the full artwork be shown in my print?
  Each print is sized to standard dimensions, which may result in slight cropping of the original artwork. If you have questions about how a specific piece will be cropped, feel free to reach out!
