All artwork, including original pieces and related products, is the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission. 

I offer original artwork as well as art-based products for purchase, and while I do my best to represent them accurately, colors and details may vary slightly depending on screen display and production methods. Unless otherwise stated, products do not come framed or matted, and custom sizes are not available.

All prices are subject to change without notice, and payment must be received in full before orders are processed. I aim to process and ship orders within a reasonable timeframe, but delivery times may vary and I am not responsible for carrier delays once items have shipped. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case you must contact me within 30 days of delivery.

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
